When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

WARRANTY and Return Policy

General information: Please read through the description of the item to gain a thorough understanding of the item specifications, compatibility, price and shipping terms before placing an order. If you are have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Wickedleak.org offers a 1 Year/12 month national warranty (on purchase of warranty) on electronic devices unless specified otherwise. Accessories, such as batteries and headsets are covered by a 6 month warranty. Our warranty covers technical problems such as screen issue, motherboard damage and malfunctioning buttons.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem with an item within 7 days of its arrival, we will replace the item or offer a full refund. Upon arrival of your product at our facility, we must confirm the defect before proceeding to a refund or a replacement. We are unable to issue refunds for products beyond the 7 day time frame. It does not include any Software/Operating System issues or any damage caused due to Viruses/Spam/Bloatware or Third Party Applications. Also it does not include refund to devices having any sort of physical damage cause to the exterior/interior of the Smartphone/Device. Any incompatibility with Third party hardware like pen drives, hard drives, keyboards, mouse, etc. is not valid for Refund/Replacement.

Non-Technical Issues: You may return an item for non-technical issues within 7 days of its arrival. A 40% restocking fee (of the MRP) will apply whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different item. The charges for transit of shipment will be beared by the customer. The decision for approval of refund rests completely with Wickedleak Inc. Compatibility with Third Party applications/Operating Systems is not considered for Refund/Replacement as Wickedleak Inc is not responsible for Software development of the respective nature.

What is considered a technical issue?

Screen issue, motherboard damage and malfunctioning buttons

Please note: Firmware/software does not fall under that category; Physical damage or modifications done to an item will void the warranty; Any product returned with any type of physical damage will be subject to 40% restocking fee of the full amount.

DOA (Dead on Arrival): We do perform QC (quality control) on all devices and test them thoroughly before they ship. While DOA devices are rare, they can still occur. We will pay a Rs. 500 credit (to compensate the return shipping fees) for a DOA sent back for repair or exchange. The Rs. 500 credit does not apply to items being shipped back for a refund. Upon arrival of your product at our facility, we will confirm the DOA and then process refund if applicable.

What is a DOA?

A DOA is a product that does not power on, hence the term Dead on Arrival. We must be notified within 48 hours about a DOA product in order to apply the Rs. 500 credit policy.

How to return an item for repair/replacement or refund:

Raise a request via mail on customercare@wickedleak.org for the repair/replacement. Promptly fill out the Wickedleak return PDF form (If asked to) that will be sent to you by email. Place the return form (If asked to) in your returning package along with your item. For repair/replacement:For replacement, securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope. For repairs, ship the device without the accessories. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope, and send it back to us.

**When we ship back your product, we ship it via regular mail. We can ship it back by Express shipping at your request, you will need to pay the difference between the express shipping and the regular mail shipping.**

For refund : If the product is being sent back for a refund, please return it in the original box with accessories. Any accessories missing will be deducted from the total amount paid. Send it back using a regular mail shipping service such as your national mail courier. We will wait upon the arrival of the product before refunding the purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost when shipping the product back to us. The refund process will begin once we receive the device at our facility.

Missing accessories : Packages are checked thoroughly before they are shipped out. An item checklist is sent out with every package to ensure that the orders are complete. If ever an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of the package arrival with a photo picture of the box content. We will proceed to send you the missing item back by air mail.

Please note that Items sent without authorization (without RMA#) would not be accepted at our facility.

How much are the delivery charges?

Wickedleak Charges Shipping charges as per weight and size of the item.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another.

Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

3-5 days delivery time : In major Cities and towns, it takes 3-5 days from date of shipping for items mentioned as "In Stock" under Normal Sale. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3-5 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends. Items which are under Pre-Booking do not fall under this delivery period.

For products which are in Pre-booking : The shipping dates are mentioned on the product page and it will take 3-5 days for delivery from the date of shipping with reputed couriers and 1-2 weeks with Indian Postal service.

More than 3 days delivery time :

We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. Some items have to be imported from outside India. These items can take 10 or more days to reach you. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order within the time specified.

Preorder or Forthcoming : These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May, August 3rd week.

For Out of Stock items : Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please call our Customer Care on 022 3381 4147 and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Wickedleak.org.

Permanently Discontinued : This product is no longer available on Wickedleak because it's obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If your order contains an fragile items we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

All Electronic Items are Insured for theft & damages during transit.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?

Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and usually takes 2-5 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import, are labeled 'Imported' on their respective product pages - the delivery of these items can vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Products which you can pre-book, and are labeled as 'Forthcoming' are dispatched on the release date of the particular product - release dates are mentioned on the product page.

What about the warranty for mobile accessories?

Unless otherwise specified, there will be 6 months warranty for mobile accessories. However, if there is defect or malfunctioning within 7 days of receiving the accessory, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue for you.

Does Wickedleak deliver internationally?

Wickedleak delivers items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but we accept Online Payments for International deliveries. However, you can specify a delivery address within India to avail the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility
