What Does TrustPay stand for?

Wickedleak's TrustPay Policy Process

Before the dispatch/delivery of your product:

If your order is not dispatched within specified time after the promised shipping date, TrustPay guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product and gives you full flexibility to cancel your order untill the time product is dispatched. No questions asked.

After the dispatch/delivery of the product:

If the order is not delivered within specified no. of days after the order is dispatched, TrustPay guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product. Your payment will be held with TrustPay till the time product is delivered and you are completely satisfied with the product quality. In case we do not hear back from you within 7 days of product delivery, we feel it would be fair to assume that you are satisfied with the product quality, size, physical condition & specification of the product.In case you are not satisfied with the product delivered and inform Wickedleak's Trust Pay within 7 days of delivery, we will resolve your complaint end-to-end within 30 days from the day the complaint is raised. If we are not able to give a resolution within 30 days, we will refund 100% of the money you had paid for the product.

How can I return the product received from Wickedleak?

If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to write us at wickedleakinc@gmail.com or Call us at 022 3381 4147 within 7 days of receipt of your order. We'll arrange for pickup of your package within 5 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners. For Products which are beyond the 7 Day Easy Returns under TrustPay, refer this Returns and Shipping Policy.

What if Wickedleak's courier partner doesn't serve my location?

In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we'll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier. We will refund the full courier amount in your Bank Account , up to Rs. 400.

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at wickedleakinc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we'll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we'll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.

What do I do if I receive wrong product?

If you receive a wrong product, we request you to write us at wickedleakinc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. We'll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

What do I do if product received is different from the description on Wickedleak website?

If you receive a product that is different from the description on Snapdeal.com, we request you to write us at wickedleakinc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

If you receive a faulty product, we request you to write us at wickedleakinc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll exchange it for you/refund the entire amount, as per your request.

What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Wickedleak?

Replacements are made basis availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation. I paid the amount upfront while purchasing product from Wickedleak.

How do I get the refund?

Your payment is covered under Trust Pay. We will refund the Entire Amount in case of Defective/Wrong Product we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Wickedleak will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.

I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

Your payment is covered under Trust Pay. We will refund the Entire Amount in case of Defective/Wrong Product we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Wickedleak will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.

What are the details you require to process NEFT refund?

Once you agree for NEFT refund, you will receive an email from Wickedleak customer relations team asking for Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank. We initiate refund process as soon as we receive the details from you and it takes 7-10 working days for the money to be credited to your account. Also the refund will be issued in the name of the person by whose name the order was placed

How do I cancel my order?

How long will it take to cancel my order?

We take 2-3 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

What about refund after cancellation?

You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected under Trust Pay. We take anywhere from 7-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the account bearing the same name as you had placed the order from.

Note that Wickedleak is not responsible for compatibility of Products sold with any third party devices like USB Keyboards, USB Mouse, Car Entertainment system or any related/similar third party products. Issues concerned with such compatibility would not be covered under Warranty as well as TrustPay money back policy.

Any Damage/Harm caused to the Wickedleak product due to any third party device/software would not be considered under Warranty and TrustPay money back policy.

Colour of the Product depends on availability and Refund would not be issued based on TrustPay policy for delivery of different colour choices.
